1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and PRECIOUS SCENT PERFUMS TRADING LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in the United Arab Emirates and have our registered office at Sikkat al Khayil Dubai – Deira – Dubai, Deira, Dubai 241868.
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Order Cancellation and Refunds:
If, after placing an order, a customer wishes to cancel it, we may process a refund after deducting 4.5% credit card processing charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers must contact our support team to request a cancellation and refund.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
7. RETURN POLICY

12. SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback or suggestions (“Submissions”) provided by you become our sole property. We may use Submissions without acknowledgment or compensation.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked from the Site. Purchases from third parties are solely between you and the third-party provider.

Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Brussels, Belgium) with the seat in Dubai, UAE. Arbitration is individual, not class-based. Exceptions include intellectual property, theft, piracy, or injunctive relief claims.
21. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site at any time.
22. DISCLAIMER
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
23. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the lesser of the amount you paid in the last six months or $100 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
